Note: We expect the majority of configuration work done by clients is done prior to co-location and afterwards via remote control software rather than in-house. We anticipate on-site visits to WebPerception at two hours per month per client.

WebPerception's Co-Location facility is designed for the business owner who wants an Internet presence but does not want the problems associated with being an internet/network/software specialist. At WebPerception we know all about servers, IIS, SQL, Email, Routers, Firewalls, etc., so when you locate your server(s) with us you get the benefit of our many years of experience- plus we're here each and every business day.
So why hire an IT person for $80,000 a year when you can use WebPerception's staff for a fraction of that amount?

WebPerception Support Services
As a WebPerception customer, you will benefit from our up-to-date technological expertise and our highly experienced staff.

Rack space in our co-location room
If you purchased your server from us then any hardware failures are our responsibility. WebPerception replaces failed hardware but is not liable for downtime or loss of data that results from any hardware failure.

Server monitoring:
Monitor your server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year (to your pager).
You get total control of your server through remote control access (VNC, TS, etc.)
Uninterruptible power system

Monthly Support Contracts:

Our charge during business hours is $100 per hour
ALL non-business hour service is billed at $165 per hour
MINIMUM SUPPORT BILLING. The System Administration Support contract does not apply to non-business hour service. Support is billed in 1 hour increments. The minimum support amount billed for after hour work is 1 hour or $200.


WebPerception Support Services General Policies

The following policies apply to all WebPerception support services:

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PST.
WebPerception System Administration Support contracts do not apply to non-business hour service.
On-site WebPerception monitors the servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
If you telephone WebPerception and a staff member does not answer, please leave a detailed message. Support staff are assisting other customers and will contact you about your problem as soon as possible.
When you submit a request for services, you agree to pay for the services provided. Delinquent payment results in suspended service.
