To configure

for your new email address follow these instructions:
To configure Netscape 4.x click here.

Note: Please write down all existing settings before you change them!

1- Start Netscape and click on Window, Netscape Mail

2- Click on Options, Mail and News Preferences, Servers

3- In the Outgoing Mail SMTP Server box type in MarinCounty.net
SonomaCounty users enter WebPerception.com
4- In the Incoming Mail POP3 Server box type in MarinCounty.net
SonomaCounty users enter WebPerception.com
5- In the POP3 user name box type in your new LoginName

6- Next, click the tab (near the top) labeled Identity

7- In the Your Name box type your full name

8- In the Your Email box type your LoginName@MarinCounty.net see note
SonomaCounty users enter your LogonName@SonomaCounty.com
9- In the Reply To Address box type your LoginName@MarinCounty.net
SonomaCounty users enter your LogonName@SonomaCounty.com
10- The Your Organization box is optional

The news group configuration name is: news.webperception.com
11- Click OK and then Exit Netscape. The new settings will take effect when you re-start Netscape.

12- If you have a problem, please double check all your settings before telephoning.

Note: If you're using a different domain name such as Novato.net, SonomaCounty.com, Wans.com, etc., please substitute it in items 8 & 9 only!
