your property points to an antenna strategically located on tower sites throughout the Bay Area. You are
then directly connected via our point-to-point DS3 to the MAE West backbone in Palo Alto. The
advantage of using our network is that you receive high-speed broadband but you pay only for the
bandwidth you use. In addition, there are no monthly telephone company charges, you have extremely fast installations
and you are on a private and secure network. WebPerception's wireless network began in 1997 and
is now very stable and very reliable. We surpass HIPAA
and FDIC regulations for the secure transmission of data.

| Data Throughput formula: 1- Average daily amount of data throughput (bits per second) (add the incoming and the outgoing) 2- Times 60 (seconds in a minute) 3- Times 60 (minutes in an hour) 4- Times 24 (hours in a day) 5- Times 30 (days in a month) Example: 9Kbps x 60 x 60 x 24 x 30 = 23,328,000,000 which is 23 Gb's. That's a normal amount of usage for business and costs $325 per month (for up to 50 Gb's of data throughput). SOHO Users get 10 Gb's of data throughput for only $100 per month.
